I am a qualified and experienced yoga, breath work and meditation facilitator. I can link your health condition with yoga, breath work and meditation as a therapy.

You will be learning new skills to support and nourish yourself. Once you have booked, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out before our first session together. This will inform me of what you would like to focus on and then I know exactly how to support and guide you.

The Initial Consultation
Duration: 60 minutes
Investment : $150
This involves the discussion of your current health picture and your goals. A therapeutic program is developed to address your needs and cultivate your desires. The tools that may used include; asana (postures), pranayama (breath awareness and techniques), mudra (gestures), affirmations, meditation and lifestyle advice. Once you have booked, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out before our first session together.
The Reconnect Sessions
Duration: 45 minutes
Investment; $100
This allows us to monitor your progress and address any concerns, making changes and updating your treatment as required. A guided meditation is experienced to help cultivate evolution and wholehearted living.
